Elite Nailz continually strives to provide excellent service to all our clients for all your nail needs. To provide this, we ask that you read and formularize yourself with our salon policies.
You can schedule an appointment through our social media pages or by calling the salon. A credit card is required for NEW clients. Theresa, the owner, will call you for your credit card number.
Text message appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment times to allow enough time for you to make any necessary cancellations, scheduling changes or service changes.
You will be asked to fill out a client intake form, with valuable information for us, to determine what services could be provided.
Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Shows.
We ask that you PLEASE cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
Anyone running 15 minutes or more late for an appointment could be asked to reschedule.
All no-shows will be charged 50% of scheduled service/services. After a no-show you will have to pre-pay for future appointments.
We accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, and checks.
FULL payment of service is due at the end of appointment.
ALL returned checks will be charged a $30 return fee.
Children & Extra Guests
For the safety of all, we ask that you please not bring children to the salon unless they have an appointment.
Please don't bring extra guests as our waiting area is designated for our service guests.
Refusal of Services
You are a value to us and if we feel that we are unable to provide you with a service due to an open wound, fungus, or a health condition we will reschedule you with no penalty.
